Ministry of Highways - Project Information - Highway 5 Culvert Muenster
The project will include the installation of one 1,500 mm smooth wall steel pipe culvert by boring on Highway 5.
The Contractor plans to start work the week of September 21, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of October 31, 2026.
Traffic accommodation will be provided by the Contractor and will include message boards, reduced speed limits, and temporary stoppages controlled by flag persons. See less

The RM has received complaints regarding chemical jugs being left on road allowances. Council requests that these jugs be cleaned up as soon as possible and reminds all users that this practice is not permitted and must not continue.
